Eli Lilly and Company, Indianapolis, IN

Strychnine sulphate was used for hypodermic injection to treat paralyzed muscles. Although strychnine was a known poison, in severe cases of paralysis, the drug was utilized when it was evident the reward outweighed the risk of toxicity. The strychnine was distributed in a mouth–blown brown glass bottle with cork stopper.

Set of (2) bottles.
The brown glass bottle with cork stopper was manufactured by Eli Lilly
The clear class bottle with metal screw top is only labeled with the drug name. It was likely a physician's personal bottle that he bought from a pharmacist.
