Description / History:
Porcelain invalid feeder that looks like it should be in a tea set, rather than a hospital. Half cover is slightly convex and spout is attached near the bottom of the cup and slightly curved. Handle is attached perpendicular to the spout.
A lightly painted pattern of pink, yellow and white roses with a mint green background covers the sides of the feeder. Artist's signiture is present under one of the roses, but is illegibal except for "K. Eu...". This pattern was printed onto the feeder via transfer printing. There is some light hand painting done between where the handles attach. Spout, handle and base are lightly painted with a matching mint green. Due to the decrative nature of this piece, it was probably used in a home.
